Bergamot is one of the most unique citrus on earth. Cousin of both lemon and orange is sour and bitter at the same time. Bergamot its famous all around the world for it fragrance and culinary use and is grown originally in the Calabria region in Italy. Can enhance easily any dish or cocktail, but also can be used for oils extractions to made parfurms and candles. These trees are grafted on Rough Lemon rootstock.
