Bush Tomato is one of the most iconicNative Bush-foods around Australia. This berry like tiny tomatoes come from the Solanum species and close relative to tomatoes and also to the more common Eggplant. This fruit grows in arid part all over Australia and has been use as food for centuries. Bush Tomato can be eaten raw or dried. In our case we sell it only dried and the fruit has a unique raisin-like flavour with sweet and tangy notes. Our Bush-Tomatoes comes in a sealed pouch with a net weight of 100g.
