Just want to give a big shout out to Shamil, thank you for giving me such a great customer experience from pre-purchase to post-purchase and always happy to share a tonne of knowledge.
Trees were very well packaged, I was initially worried as the courier picked up the parcel and had it over the hot 30+ degree Melbourne weekend, but when it arrived I can tell it was very well packaged and had the water gel to ensure trees were well hydrated for long transport times.
All trees were tagged, so was very easy to identify and had all the relevant links on how to care for them, this made things very easy for me post-purchase.
Had a few calls with Shamil post-purchase, he was always happy to help and was very insightful, so I got to say customer experience was 10/10 and beyond!
All the above has made me come back to make my second order and will definitely be back for further purchases!
