Please be informed most of our fruits are stored frozen and best suited to be delivered locally within metropolitan Melbourne to ensure our customers receive the products in the best condition possible. We use partially-recyclable thermal packaging that keeps the fruits frozen while being transported, anywhere between 3 to 48 hours depending on the weather and outside temperatures.
