Sunrise Lime is a unique hybrid between a Cumquat and a Yellow Finger Lime, developed by CSIRO in 2004. These distinctive native citrus fruits offer a bright, tangy flavour with the signature citrus pearls, perfect for adding a sophisticated burst of flavour to seafood, cocktails, and fine dining.
All our Sunrise Limes are whole and frozen.
